Researcher Eleanor Wilsher, who joined Carlyle as a Graduate Research Assistant, shares her experience since joining the team in July 2023.
"Since graduating in 2023 and joining Carlyle as a Research Assistant, I have had the pleasure of working alongside a dedicated and supportive team that put their commitment to their clients and core values at the forefront of the business.
Over the last six months, I have been given the opportunity to assist on a number of searches and take lead on research projects with diverse businesses across the UK. This hands-on experience has provided me with invaluable insights into the inner workings of these businesses - from varied product offerings and values to unique ownership structures.
As a business driven by values such as collaboration, integrity, constant improvement and fun, my personal development at Carlyle has been prioritised and supported from day one.
