Key Promotion for Carlyle

It’s always good to share the positive progress made by your colleagues. Congratulations to Alice Deakin for her well-earned promotion to Associate Partner at Carlyle.

Alice has made the successful transition from Industry to Search seamlessly over the last two years, having previously had a highly successful career in the Finance profession - as a CFO, at Deloitte in delivering the CFO Programme, and at ICAS as Executive Director of Learning. She also ran her own Executive Coaching business which has paired her technical skills with a great understanding of leadership and team development.

Leading our CFO practice, and hosting many of our Board events, Alice is now a key part of the Carlyle team, both in London and Scotland. She has a unique pedigree and perspective on the CFO and Finance vertical, while also supporting our Board practice, and she has been a great addition to the team.
