Carlyle Conversations – Arlene Stokes, Aegon UK

It was a privilege to spend time with Arlene Stokes in the most recent of our Carlyle Conversations.  Arlene has enjoyed a successful career through HR and transformation and is currently the Chief People Officer of Aegon UK.  We touched on purpose, what it takes for an Exec Committee to be a successful Exec Team and enjoyed some great answers to the quick fire questions. 

Arlene is also Chair of Midlothian Sure Start and a Board member of the Scotland Committee of the Equality and Human Rights Commission and gave some great advice for anyone looking to set out on their own journey to Non-Executive work.
