Lucy is a member of the Carlyle Research team. She returned to Executive Search after a period working in the legal sector and bringing up a family. Lucy works closely with clients, on a wide range of Searches, collating market intelligence and statistics, producing detailed reports throughout Searches and tracking key talent.
