Fraser is Carlyle’s Operations and Finance Manager and a key member of the Operations team, ensuring the smooth running of the business day to day. His role includes overseeing office management, finance, IT, and compliance, as well as supporting the Leadership Team.

Fraser brings extensive experience in operational leadership, team development, and project management, having previously held senior roles in the Events industry. He is passionate about driving operational excellence and creating efficient systems that support both the team, the business and our clients.
