Elspeth was the outstanding and successful applicant who came through the 2024/25 Carlyle Graduate Programme initiative, joining the team as a Research Assistant, after completing a degree in History and Politics.

Elspeth supports the Research and Commercial team across a wide range of assignments UK wide. Her role entails gathering market intelligence, contributing to market mapping projects, and producing detailed reports to support clients, while being part of the team that ensures exceptional candidate care. She is particularly passionate about supporting Carlyle in their pro-bono and charity work.
