As a member of the Research team, Alastair works across Carlyle’s Executive Search, Interim and Board & Advisory practices. His key responsibilities involve extensive talent research, compiling analytical reports and tracking candidate updates. Alastair works across the end-to-end search process and provides Carlyle’s clients with key insights and market intelligence. Prior to joining Carlyle, Alastair spent three and a half years in a leading UK wide Executive Search firm.
