Engaging

Carlyle provides a flexible approach to Search, with each assignment led by an experienced Partner and managed by a dedicated team of Associates and Client Delivery Managers. During the initial stages our team works closely with the client to establish Search parameters based on their specific needs, agree the best methodology and define communication and reporting procedures. Once the client is satisfied with the preliminary process, we approach the market and our network with focus, accuracy and a professional, consistent message.

Delivering

Carlyle employ a rigorous approach to Search, ensuring only the best talent is considered for selection and interview. Our comprehensive methodology includes conducting detailed internal and external research and providing benchmarking candidates to ensure consistency with client expectations. Throughout the process, we connect with our extensive contacts and referral networks, develop new leads and provide market insight and talent advice. As the shortlists evolve we conduct all screening interviews and manage the selection process right through to the final offer, acceptance and onboarding stages. We can introduce psychometric profiling, participate in final interviews and presentations, offer constructive feedback throughout the process and play a key part in package negotiations as required by the client. Once an offer has been made and accepted, we help the candidate adapt to their new role, providing relevant advice and supportive follow-up.

Interim

Carlyle is highly experienced at sourcing talent for critical and mission specific interim roles across a wide range of business disciplines and sectors. Our extensive network of professional contacts covers key areas of expertise and experience, enabling us to quickly source and place suitable candidates. We can source specialist interim teams across a range of functions, partnering with clients to bring together the best talent with the right skill sets and compatible attitudes. Our services can also include identifying potential skills gaps before they occur and sourcing interim talent during the course of a Search.
