As part of this commitment, we fund courses and educational materials and take part in charity events within our industry to encourage learning and growth, enabling our team and peers to reach their full potential. We have successfully partnered with Scottish universities to employ and mentor Saltire students. We also provide internships for aspiring business leaders as well as utilising our knowledge and networks to match people who can help and support each other in personal and business development.

On a local level we support Hopscotch Children’s Charity, who provide holidays for disadvantaged children within Edinburgh. We even work from the ground up, supporting the Trees for Life environmental programme by planting a tree for every assignment we successfully fill.
