Consulting

Where possible we believe in working as closely as possible with our clients – virtually integrating with their business.
We are as comfortable working with a brief, as we are designing one. Sometimes our job may include challenging the client on aspects of the role, ensuring there is real clarity about what exactly is required and how we will accomplish it. Understanding the goals, vision and culture of the client ensures we deliver the most accurate and compelling message to what will be a very targeted audience.

Engaging

Flexibility in approach, aligned with our client needs and consideration of the market conditions, ensures that the strategy for each assignment is designed in a way to identify, attract and secure the most appropriate talent. We are experienced across a variety of industries and sectors and will only engage on a role once we are confident we are best placed to deliver.

Delivering

Ultimately you need the best person for the role. We deploy a number of methodologies to ensure this, including research (internal and external), networking, screening interviews, competency-based interviews and referencing. Additionally we are experienced at psychometric testing and rapport appraisals and often get involved in final interviews, offering constructive feedback, as well as helping with the final negotiations.
